Lavabit is (as far as we know) still under US legal scrutiny.
Lavabit seems to have held onto its user's data all these years.
Lavabit forces you to give your real credentials, does not provide as standard cryptocurrencies.
No thank you lavabit.

What you could have done:
- explain how you held onto user data
- whether you have given any user data to the US outside the scope of an open court of law
- explain why you don't take cryptocurrencies
- explain why you ask for real user credentials, verifiable by credit card
- explain why you're rolling this out on US soil and on US based infrastructure
