Right, in that case, for larger inbound files, a file sharing platform is highly recommended. Email is just not naturally suited to large files IMO. 150MB attachment size is unusual. Best way to handle large files inbound is really a service like HighTail.com -- we use that to send really large files back and forth with clients... or something like Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, etc...
