Basically, they used to screw up about one-tenth as much as most of my "online experiences" (other email providers, large databases, etc.). Which worked out to about once every 5 or maybe 6 years I'd go "what were they
thinking?!!" and otherwise things went pretty smooth. Whatever problems I did have support ironed it out.
Lately, last year or year and a half, I've kept hitting snags... All kinds of different stuff. And support kind of vaguely wanders in doesn't do much and marks it closed.
After over a decade, I'd hate to leave... But I've had more ongoing problems in the last year than I had in the previous 10.
I don't know what's going on... But I hope it gets better.
Anybody else?
