For my own domains I have the MX records pointing as follows:

I was confident that Fastmail would get their servers back up but of course the timings were not known at the time.
Can anyone suggest an alternative provider that I can have as a backup whilst Fastmail MX servers are down such that I can still receive and respond to email. For example will googlemail allow me to use them in this way?
But I guess, taking into consideration my SPF and DMARC records, a third party MX server will make things complicated.
