Yes, it does. Further, if you do not want your session to ever timeout, click "keep me logged in" on the login screen. Then you do not need to be concerned about your session timing out. [Technically, your session
could still time out if there is no activity for 30 days, but I assume you will have some kind of email activity in that kind of timescale.]
