Not sure if I am posting in right place. sorry

A month ago I have created a query to Microsoft Exchange's shared mailbox in order to list messages and their details to analyze it and for instance calculate a response time in a report/dashboard. It was working well at the beginning, but now I am struggling with error message: Sever Error
What does this message mean? Is there something I can do myself to correct it?
