It can be done, but is not straightforward. As someone else indicated, you first need a webhost (such as
https://www.siteground.com/roundcube-hosting.htm). Mostly, they want you to use your own domain, but exceptions exist. Then you need to configure RoundCube to access the FastMail IMAP/SMTP servers. Without a techie who fully understands this stuff to help, you are going to find it difficult.
