I am terribly old-school and have a book I keep beside the computer with all my passwords in it.
For my banking pins, I have them memorized and written down on a paper that I have in my safety deposit bank in bank...in the event our house is broken into I didn't want that pin recorded within the premises.
Yes, a bit obsessive-compulsive behaviour here I think... hehe.
