I have a lifetime ("ARPA") membership with sdf.org. It comes with a small email account that will last as long as they are in business. I sometimes go more than a year without logging in. They don't seem to mind. They're also very protective of your privacy.
sdf.org has been online for 29 years, so I don't think they're going to disappear or change their policies anytime soon.
