What problems are you having? Push is not showing up as an option? Or after you configure push, it's not working properly? Either way, I would try the quit/restart routine mentioned earlier in this thread and see if that fixes the problem.
Also remember, as per the thread subject, that push doesn't seem to be working for any folder other than Inbox if you're using the "new" server settings -- imap.fastmail.com. So for now at least, to get push on your subfolders, you need to use the old mail.messagingengine.com set-up.

When I use a sieve rule to put a new mail message to a sub folder I don't get a notification or see any "new message count" . I use the standard iOS and mac mail apps. But I had not configured the settings I mentioned in my post. Nor used the old imap server name as you suggest. So I will try again and see what happens.
Ps iOS settings are many, what happened to the apple idea of it just works. Separate conversation. Not a dig at fastmail
