I have two @aol.com emails and one of them even preserved an alias @nestcape.net

In general, each xxxxxx@aol.com has xxxxxx@aim.com alias.
But very old account which are active that were created while creating AIM account in 1990s and early 2000s preserved xxxxxx@netscape.net alias.

Originally, xxxxxx@netscape.net was main email address for these free AOL users (@aol.com was reserved for paid users), but now it is only alias (where still exists) and main address is xxxxxx@aol.com .

I wonder why my account was deleted??

My AIM name still worked,why did they take my email???

I wasnt a heavy user or anything........ Im glad to see some of you still have your AIM accounts!!
