Blank Mail Issue

Hi

I am newbie

Actually, my sender has secheduled mail...that I receive blank. (with no subject, no "From" info, no "To" info) However, if the same sender sends mail from the same domain, it delivers perfectly.

I have an issue of blank E-mails in Smartermail 9.x I tried all possible solutions. I also upgrade my browsers (chrome and Firefox) and tried but no luck. I disabled AV of the server and excluded all relavent folders as well. I also removed the mailbox.cfg for the respected users but no luck.

Any help will be appriciated.
