I try to signup freemail from https://freemail.t-online.de/

But this provider tel me that :

this function can be performed only from the German-speaking countries.
We ask for your understanding.
your Telekom

Can anyone please create me a free account from this site?

We have a few Germany-based members here, maybe try PM'ing one of them and see if they are willing to help out.

That said, T-Online has been discussed on the forum before and I never read anything about location restrictions. Are you sure an address in a German speaking country is needed?
(and if so, Belgium does probably not qualify, even though German is one of our three official languages

)

To my knowledge only mail.de, web.de and gmx.de have such restriction where signing up has to be done through an IP address of mobile number from a Germanophone country.
