The link to my website -- http://fhapgood.fastmail.com -- has stopped working. I thought I was paid up but maybe not. Or maybe something else is going on. What should I do?

Can you still access the Mail part of Fastmail? I don't think they would 'kill' a part of their services but not all of them for an unpaid bill issue, if that's what this ultimately is.

Log into your Fastmail account and look in the Files>Websites screen. Be sure your site is enabled and pointing to a valid html page. My Fastmail-domain and personal-domain Fastmail hosted websites still work properly.

Thanks. Somehow my signature -- my website link -- got changed. Should be an easy fix except that I cannot find the page where I define the signature! How embarrassing! What should I be looking for? Where is it??

This depends on whether you are using the production or beta website/app:
  • Production (app.fastmail.com): Settings > Customize > Sending Identities
  • Beta (betaapp.fastmail.com): Settings > Setup > Signatures and Composing
Don’t recognize those app.fastmail.com or beta app.fastmail.com URL’s? See:
Migration to app.fastmail.com
