I haven't gotten an email like that, maybe yet.. I would suspect an email from 'The FastM Team' not 'The Fastmail Team' as well as an address ending in 'fastmail.com' and not 'fastmailteam.com' as being some sort of phishing attempt. Emails from Fastmail have a green checkmark icon, this is only visible in the web UI or the app though.

What was the URL of the link in the email?

I suggest not posting links from phishing messages. I have received several of these and they are obviously phishing messages. Look at the full headers and the source.

Or use the Report Phishing function, though on my tablet I have to force the dropdown to scroll down even though there's no scroll bar to suggest the dropdown extends further.

It's in the 'Actions' drop-down of an email that is opened.

My mistake. I use Thunderbird as my PC email client (with FM) - there's no 'Action' drop-down menu on TB.

But, yeah, I do see it on the FM web page on my PC. Never noticed it before.

Thanks!
