In the US many of us need to DIET after our Thanksgiving holiday in late November.

If you put a DINT in your diet late November it will better prepare you for the feasting of the Christmas season

In addition to fruit of the VINE, there are other foodstuffs which can be fermented and make you tipsy at a party.
