WAY over quota
Help!
I logged in this morning to get this message: You have used 2142.0% of your mailbox storage quota. Emails sent to your account are currently being bounced. Please consider either upgrading your account, purchasing additional storage space, or deleting some emails you no longer require. How could I suddenly overnight go that far over my quota? Yesterday my usage was fine. This seems like a problem on the FM side and not something I did... |

Same here
I have the same issue:
NOTICE: You have used 78359244837.5% of your mailbox storage quota. Emails sent to your account are currently being bounced. Please consider either upgrading your account, purchasing additional storage space, or deleting some emails you no longer require. Admins, please fix this immediately. The email on this forum account is my fastmail email. Contact me at the listed gmail address if you need my fastmail account info. I have to receive emails today. I expect compensation for this. |

Are we losing e-mails?
I just sent an e-mail and it said something like "Not saved to your Sent Items folder since you are over quota". When I'm only using 70% of my quota. Unless there are other quotas I'm not aware of? Anyway, it didn't save the message in Sent Items, so I guess it is lost forever. |

I went from something like 20% to 137% overnight. That means I somehow gained 10 GB of e-mail. Yet I don't have another 10 GB of e-mail, so I can't delete anything. And in the meantime, they're bouncing my incoming e-mails. Way not cool, guys.

Sorry to hear you are also having the problem, but glad to hear that it is not just me. I hope they'll sort it out ASAP.
I'm an enhanced user too. I pay FM good money and don't expect this kind of problem. If any FM support folks are reading this, my ticket # is 23793. |

FYI--I filed a support ticket. My folders all show as being huge, and my IMAP is still bizarre, but they reset the total to 0 and stopped bouncing my e-mails. So at least the response to the immediate problem was fast--thanks!

My quotas are going crazy too. I filed a support ticket.
First I was over, then way under what I know I have used, with some mailboxes showing thousands of messages but the mailbox size at 0k. Nutty. Hope it gets resolved without any loss of current or stored mail... |
