11 but I only use my ISP one really. The rest I picked up to try years ago. I still keep them alive just in case. Originally my ISP address couldn't be checked when on holiday so I signed up for a Fastmail account to use while I was away from home. I then used one with my own domain. For a long time now, with the advent of mobile phones, my ISP account can be checked using IMAP so I just use that for everything. I have a Gmail account which I've never used for anything but my bank started sending statements to it, despite Gmail not selling address lists and my bank not buying them. I also get my father's gas bills sent to my ISP address despite never having paid a gas bill myself.

It's all pretty easy...I normaly use Bitwarden as a password manager...and all of my email accounts are there:-)
I use to do this with Lasttpass...but after a while I found Bitwarden better...and you can use it on several PC's/smartphones or laptop...!! Besides that it's completely free:-)

Custom email address for each and nearly every contact. All emails go into the same mailbox so it's not that big of a deal. This allows one to black list emails from companies that sell their customer database or get hacked.

You'd be surprised how many reputable companies give email addresses to spammers and phishers.

My spam filter says thanks to me cause it can do its job easier.

I have > 10 but only check 2 regularly. I’m still looking for a free .dk domain address that doesn’t require a local cell phone number. Seems to be a thing in all the Scandinavian countries.
