Cant access family accounts

Yesterday 9th June I signed up for a family account with one "lite" user
I now cant access either of them, the master or the lite account. The Lite account i forgot my password and the account doesnt have a backup email. The master account i dont know what the user name for that account is
Can anyone please help me as i am very new to using Fastmail.

Funny, I remember that almost happening to me. The master account name wasn't named what I expected, something like master_user or whatever. Didn't you have that master info mailed to another account when you set up the family master? It should be there. Did you get a receipt mailed to your backup account? I think that would help you in dealing with Fastmail support if required.

If you have choosen a fastmail domain as your primary domain during signup, your master account username would be:

masteruser_<FamilyName>@<fastmaildomain>.tld

So, if you have chosen the fastmail domain "fastmail.fm" and specified the family/business name as "Family", your master account username would be:

masteruser_family@fastmail.fm

However, if its your own domain, the master account username would be:

masteruser@<yourowndomain.tld>

If you still can't login, just submit a support ticket with the "Family Name" you specified during signup and one of us can help you with this.
