How to display folders on Smartphone
I have some folders that are "Hide Unless Unread."
I can show it on the laptop by press the "g" key, but I don't know how to do it on a Smartphone. Can anyone tell me how to do it? Thanks |

If you remember the name of your hidden folder, then here is an easier method. Say your folder is named Secret. Just type the following in the 'Search email' area:
Code:
in:Secret |

Is there a way to show a list of all folders (including the "Hide unless unread" ones) on my Android Smartphone?

-- Tap on < (top left) to access the navigation drawer. (If the heading says 'Mail' then it will show a list of all 'non-hidden' folders, and will also let you see the emails within any folder.) -- Tap on v (next to 'Mail') to access the pull-down menu, and select 'Settings'. -- Then select 'Folders' to see a list of all folders, including the hidden ones. (Here you can check the number of total emails in folders as well as the number of unread emails, if there any; and edit the folder name, parent, and visibility.) |
