Gmail Hangs Frequently...

Wondering if any one else is also having similar experience. My gmail is hanging lot frequently in recent weeks upto a level it has become irritating and I am switching to new hotmail...

any one experiencing same?

I go test them now to see how they behave on my system.

You didn't tell us which browser you use? May I guess IE or FF?
Does it behave that way in both?

When I go to mail.google.com then it is very slow but eventually does log in.

But when I do the alternative links then they are much faster so do try them instead.

I'm running an older browser, IE 5.5. GMail works much better than Hotmail.

Interestingly I *much* prefer new hotmail if we keep our love to hate MS, new Hotmail is pretty clean and quite fast...and I have account with them since early Hotmail days never remember getting a single spam..

Any way...I ended up signing up for FM enhanced, Gmail loss is FM's gain
