GMX doesn't give any real customer support (from my experience) and it is not possible to send e-mails to yahoo, e-mails always came back with note of failure delivery.

I'd be wary of any email provider that requires as much personal info to open an account as this one does. In my experience, them that require your name and address usually have some way to validate it, and will terminate your account if the info is found to be false. Their privacy policy looks dodgy too.
