I'm 4'11 so you can see why people call me munchkin (or any other name that might have reference to the fact that I'm short). *insert evil munchkin grin here*

Unlike the other two Israelis who posted in this thread, my nick has nothing to do with my name ("Oren" - pine in Hebrew), it simply means, "having a projecting lower jaw".
Just don't start imagining a Leno, in my case it's more like a projecting lower chin... Prog. |

I wonder if there's any Israeli posting in these forums whose first name doesn't start with an "O" ?

Last year I registered myself on this forum under the userID 'marc'. That was when I had only an account at Runbox. Now I've changed it to 'marc@ms'. Guess why .... ?

Hmm I got quite a lot of nick depends how long we have to get back...
My quite recent one are for all the serious forums or computer related one (Javascript/php/C++...) it's Coume (my family name but shorten, was my nick when I was 12-14y.o. ) The other one is French.Nutter or NuTTerZ, I use them on IRC, or Nightclubbing related forums etc... and have few others... but coume and NuTTerZ are the more common.... interesting thread. i have a few sign ins all based around reggae. for some reason the idea of strong jamaican accents and heady herbs makes me smirk.
watch dis is "watch this" often shouted when the dj plays something good. i also use "righteoustings" as in "you waan hear some righteous tings in de place" righteous things or good stuff or another fave is "mefeelinit" said when you agree with what someone else said like "i know where your coming from" all of these make me chuckle when said with a strong jamaican accent. dunno why, i guess its just my sense of humour being too affected by silly regae films i saw during my childhood. i'm not particularily jamaican and have never even been there, but i love the patwa vocabulary. come jah! |
