Qnet.com - Dead Tech Support - No Contacts

About seven weeks ago I called tech support at my email provider, Qnet.com, located in Las Vegas, Nevada, to add a mailbox to my account. The tech took the info and said it would be a few days.

Over the next three weeks I made five or six calls to find out why the mailbox was not setup and running. "They're working on it."

I got busy with other things and didn't call back until last Thursday. Now when you call and press "1" to talk to accounting, the person is always on the phone and numerous voice messages are never returned. Pressing "2" for Tech Support will ring, then there is the standard phone company recorded message that, "This number is no longer in service, check the number, etc., etc., etc.

I'm in the process of getting setup with a different provider and updating 17 years of personal and business contacts.

Anyone else using Qnet may want to check this out if it has been a while since you needed to contact a warm body there for help.
