Make signature permeate from webmail to mobile and desktop apps
Hello,
I have a created some email accounts with a domain name that I have registered. I accessed them using the webmail service provided by the registrar and added a image signature to all of them. The signature is two lines of text followed by a small image on the next line. However, when I compose new emails elsewhere than in the webmail service, the signature does not show up. I send emails with those accounts from Mail on macOS and Mail on iOS. How do I make the signature permeate to these two apps as well as other apps that my colleagues (to whom the accounts will be allocated) might use (which includes the default app on Android)? Thank you. |

Welcome to the EMD Forums!
Signatures are part of the body of the email. In general, the system you use to compose the message adds a signature which is only used for that particular system. In other words, webmail signatures are completely ignored by any email client. The only way you can change this is to set up the same signature manually in each email client you use. Bill |
