all the accounts on tls-mail/199903 were suspended by the provider though I am not sure why.

As opening tickets with you about these domains with no response from you seems to be a trend, I am going to have to assume that this is all intentional and that you are not interested in solving it. I have suspended your account, and it will be terminated in 24 hours if I have not heard back from you with a solid plan to attack the outstanding problems on your account.

Seriously I don't think one email with the title HEY BUDDY is considered a spam?

Could be some other people are sending spam emails with your domain. Also maintaining an email service would not be as simple as setup and forget it. I have once had a URL shortening service and it was also suspended due to "abuse" because spammers use it to shorten many phishing websites, similar story and consequences.

Just curious. Why text people via email? Why don't you just text them using your phone? You can also use iMessage or Android messages on your computer to easily send text messages. Google Voice is another way to go.
