We have resumed normal operations, and believe the problems to be resolved. The reason many users couldn't log in or open their email was network filesystem problems due to inconsistencies on some disk partitions.

We are still investigating the root causes to prevent it from happening again.

We apologize for the unscheduled downtime. The incoming email accumulated while being nonresponsive will be processed as quickly as possible.
