Hello,

While I do NOT have an e-mail account at EUMX, I do have some information regarding this issue.

An EMD forum member (17PM), commented on a thread that EUMX took down their New Account signup page after Lavabit shutdown. Also,I believe FredOnline has stated on the EMD forum that if anyone wants an account there they should contact support via e-mail.

Apparently everything is routed through support.

I still think a web site with some info on it would be nice.....

Hi, There are no issues with email delivery; and there where no similar issues recently. This must be something specific to your account/settings. We will respond to your request by email.

Yes, that was source of all issues related to Horde and ActiveSync, but mail delivery was not affected by this issue. Issue was caused by SQL server transaction logging. It was unable to handle all requests it got. SQL server is upgraded and all Horde services should works fine now.

That's right,

While number of account requests doesn't drops below certain level we wouldn't like to re-enable automated account creation. This is important to ensure we can provide stable and fast service to existing users.

Posts earlier in this thread have indicated some users having problems.

In future, we should e-mail EuMX support - at the actual time of the problem - in addition to posting here on EMD.
