Unable to retrieve lost passwords

If you don't remember your runbox password and click the Forgot Password link you are redirected to a help page where, in order to start the retrieval procedure, you have to click another link (retrieve it) that leads to a 404 error page.

It seems that the lost password recovery page was lost too.

This is fixed now.

Yes, we have removed it while we evaluate how we best do that.

In the future we would like to send passwords by SMS, unless people would not like that?.

As long as it would work with non-Norwegian numbers
