Runbox Update

hanslysglimt is no longer as involved as he once was.

The following are no longer active: trond, jschreib, and of course the already-mentioned Arunav.

And I forgot to mention carverrn as an active Runbox rep.

The Bonnag service has closed, Tmicha.net really doesn't work although one little dead service is going to come live again soon, I won't give details but it's not one of the banned providers but a well known one which shut sometime back and was mentioned here sometime back and things have gone quiet about it but things are moving for the positive again.

It looks as if new member polarismail has become quite a valued EMD member already, in the few short weeks he's been here.

I've just signed up for an account here. DTWinters is still with mailtrust, but I guess he doesn't check the board very often.

Anyway, I may not check it religiously, but you can hit me up on email or aim (in profile) if you need me to jump in and add my 2 cents on a mailtrust / webmail.us topic. And I'll try to check the board often.

Meh, I'm actually just here looking for a reliable email host, like everyone else.

=)

(I'll do that right now, thanks...)

This thread has lain dormant for nearly two years. Maybe somebody should take it over? Sadly, my current internet connection (wireless broadband) isn't very reliable -- maybe if I get a netbook, and find a public library with free wifi which will let me use a power socket....

Anyway, one new addition since my last update is jackmfm, rep for FastMail.FM... if there are any more new reps or services (or old ones which are no longer with us), please post them....

Mailsnare went out of Business as of 11-21-09

Hello,

I know that the Mailsnare reps have not been active on the EMD Forum for over two years :

Madiver and Allan

Also, Mailsnare went out of business as of November 21, 2009.

Please see the following thread for more information:

Oh, this is a thread! And I'm subscribed!

I'm still here, though I don't often check the board. I do have PM's set to email me a notification, if anyone needs me - I'll come dashing in.

I guess that it should be noted that webmail.us changed its name to Mailtrust, and then we just ditched all pretenses and became "Rackspace Email".

As of late, it's now "Rackspace Email and Apps" - we've got this cloudy server backup thing, and we're working on sharepoint, off-site archiving - adding things that compliment business email.

Different name, but same folks (and more, we're growing, see the jobs link).

Anyway, if anyone needs me, just send me a Private Message!

Well lunarismail.info is no longer an email provider,
Lionrampant's website seems to be down at the moment.

Hi folks,

I'm not sure how to add it to the list, but postale.io is here too, represented by me.

Please note that postale.io is only a domain email provider (i.e. for business emails such as yourname@yourcompany.com).
