Complicated issue with aliases
I’m frustrated by how the alias works. It’s a nuisance having to create folders so that I can respond from the same email address the email was sent too. Then again I have issue not receiving email notifications because the email goes to the folder instead of the master email address.
How does everyone else with multiple aliases deal with this? Otherwise a suggestions for another email provider that allow an email sent to an alias and goes automatically to the master email address & has the option to respond from the same email address to which the message was sent- other than Gmail would be helpful. |

I know creating folders to some aliases is the right thing to do, but I don´t do it.
I receive my emails in my Inbox and I do it all manually, choosing the sender, moving the emails received to some other folders, etc. The problem: you can "forget" to answer with the same alias, but I prefer it that way. |

Problem solved- I found an app that has a feature to sync folders and receive folder notifications.
Still, it would be nice if Runbox has a feature where you don't have to manually select the email when not using folders. |

cmaxx - I am a bit confused about what you are asking about.
You can send from an alias by selecting it from the drop down menu in Compose like David said. You don't need to use folders for that. If you mean you want the webmail to automatically select the correct alias when you reply rather than having to manually select it, then that is something we are looking at for a future revision. |

User Error Solution
This is something that I would really like to see. I have different domains with Runbox and many aliases for them. I use the webinterface most of the time and I have made the mistake of replying an email using my main email instead of the alias... having it selected for me would be a great way of avoiding this mistake...

Agreed. Would like to see this implemented sooner rather than later.
