imap through Outlook

hi, i'm using to setup imap through Outlook 2010, followed all the instructions on:

http://doc.runbox.com/twiki/bin/view/RunboxHelp/IMAP

all seems well, until i try to create a top level folder in Outlook 2010, the folder does appear on top level in Outlook but when i go to runbox via web, the folder is in Inbox as a sub folder,

how can i correct this please

thanks in advance

You can correct it by going to Folder Management and move the folder to Root.

As I said in the ticket, I have verified that this also happen in Thunderbird. We will have to look at it internally to see what causes the problem.

Hello Kim.

Any updates?

I, too, can confirm the same behaviour under Thunderbird 3.1.13 (AMD64 Linux).

It's not intolerable, but certainly an unnecessary annoyance.

Thanks.
