Hello from the UK
Glad to have had my registration accepted, as it took several attempts before I could convince the system that I wasn't a criminal of some sort. Don't know what was wrong, but I tried registering under several different user names, each time being rejected as persona non grata . One thing that puzzled me was that if I was not happy with being rejected, I could use the link on the contact page to offer an explanation, but this link does not appear to exist. At least, I couldn't find it.
The reason that I joined the community, is that I have a problem with my current email provider, and I will post the details later (I'm tired, now) in the appropriate forum and, hopefully, someone will be able to advise me. Cheers, Eric. |

And if your name is Eric, there are around 50+ user names already registered on the forum beginning with Eric! |

Yup I think it does tell you if the name you picked is in use. (Either that or says its unavailable)

This is an English language forum dealing with global issues, not a local one. Nobody really cares where the server (or the site owner) is located. So "international poster" is a meaningless concept.
