Either very brief, or very local.... I've been logged in for some two hours and did not notice anything untoward

EuMX down
Curious.
In the US here; email client error message, website log-in stalls. Do hope it is transient. Cheers |

Outage was ephemeral (local?).
Client working, website accessible now. (Much rejoicing) |

On 5th June there were no know service interrupts, but at this moment there is an outage caused by crash of our routers. We are investigating this issue and you may expect services to be back online shortly.

Where in the world can people get the login page? and the reverse of that question where in the world do people try but cannot get the login page? Just curious not tracking anyone specically you could just be general like what city or what part of the continent! |

Well the good news is that our infrastructure is intact. It's up and running, but one of the service providers core routers gone bad and second failed over in strange mode. So most of you can't access our services right now. - and some of you can access only main page of eumx.net website. DC staff is working hardly to fix issues and make our services back online for everyone.

It looks like we are back and stable for last 30 minutes...
We should find out something to placate our members. |

Good news, but for goodness sakes, not a mention of it on EuMX website's latest news?
I'm sure a lot of subscribers went there first to ascertain if there was an issue (not aware of this forum), yet not a word? I've been a satisfied customer for years, but I suggest you talk to corporate regarding public relations & their (sorry, but somewhat pathetic) website. Kind Regards, Cheers |
