Threads on runbox web interface
Currently running a trial runbox subscription. Can anybody tell me if it is possible to the default Runbox webmail view to show threads - I cannot see a preference anywhere to do so ?
Threads can be set on the roundcube version although even then I am not sure how a thread is defined . For example I often subscribe to Ghacks discussions and tick the box to be notified about follow up posts. Gmail threads all such follow up posts in the one thread which reduces clutter in the inbox i.e. one line instead of maybe 20 or 30 . Even though I have runbox/roundcube set to show threads each follow up post is treated as a seperate email - result 20 or 30 lines taken up in the interface. On an aside even though the runbox standard webinterface is a little quirky after using the runbox version for a bit I found I preferred the normal webinterface - it is easier on the eye size-wise and also is more functional once you figure it out . Only thing is I can't see how to set threading. |

At the moment we don't have threading in the web interface, but it is close to the top of the list of improvements when we next make updates.
Glad to hear you are finding the other features are working for you. If you have any questions then there are people here on the forum who will help, or you can drop us a message in the support system at https://support.runbox.com |
