Red face Reply-To-From that ignores Reply-To

(The following request was written with the webmail interface in mind. I'm not sure how relevant it is to IMAP usage, but it might be.)

I receive emails from Yahoo groups and from Meetup.com groups that have Reply-To set to go back to the mailing list, and it's too easy to send mail to the whole list accidentally. Even if I catch the problem before sending the mail, it's annoying to have to go back to the message to copy the From address so that I can replace the default To address.

The ideal solution might be an option to ignore the Reply-To header if it is identical to the To header. (If I had wanted to include the To address in my reply, I'd have used Reply All.)

The second best solution would be the ability to create a rule that strips out the Reply-To header from certain emails.

Third best would be having a Reply-To-From action in the webmail dropdown box.

Opera's M2 mail client has the option to Reply to Sender or List. Will bring it up, thanks!
