Hello,

I sent an email to support. I helped u guys register a new paid user and I asked the user to signup using the affiliate program. However, I have not received any indication that the user I have referred to you is in my affiliate stats. Please Help.

Make sure you REPLY to the autoresponse from your initial support request. They system won't assign a ticket# to your support request until you REPLY to the autoresponse.
