Gmail community barely literate?

When I peruse the questions from the Gmail community I am struck by the terrible quality of the questions. Yes, I understand that many of the people must not be native English speakers, but in many cases either the question is ridiculous (like, please send me my password) or almost incomprehensible with misspellings and such. On the other hand, there are endless repeats of the same problems, over and over and over again. Go to the Google accounts community page and it is an endless list of people locked out of their accounts, and apparently they haven't read or can't comprehend the help instructions. What a nightmare it must be to make some sense of these customer service problems!

What you describe is not limited to users of Google, but occurs throughout all aspects of life.

If you're a CSR either accept your lot, or change your occupation.

The scary thing is presumably these people work for a living so they are driving our buses, cooking our food, teaching our children, repairing our cars, and running our nuclear power plants.
