Many email companies offer a mobile version to use with browsers, I hope it continues in FM, I consider it very useful and fast.

Thumbs down

Thats very sad.....

WHY????

Only because a few of us use classic?? (Some of us cant use the new side)

WHY TOTALLY DESTROY THE CLASSIC SIDE?? (I mean who cares if the links dont work -- Fastmail is a good service)

Yes, FM staff, do please reply. This seems like a simple question that deserves an answer, especially as it seems that some users have already begun to base their decision as to whether or not to stay as customers on the result.

It may seem like a small thing to you, and perhaps you would be happier if every single user who does not like or chooses not to use the new interface (or who, for various reasons, is prevented from using it) were simply to disappear and cease being a bother for you to worry about. If that is your wish or your ultimate intention, then please have the honesty to say so, rather than stringing people along with what now seem rather like insincere reassurances, only to pull the rug out at a later date after slowly killing off various iterations of 'old' and 'classic' interfaces by a death of a thousand cuts, after making soothing noises about their survival.

You are entitled to run your business as you see fit, and your customers are free to act accordingly. Please provide unambiguous information on this point and a clear answer to a simple question. Many thanks.

If they do eventually kill Classic, I hope they first bring over the MDN flag option, where you can request that the email recipient auto-confirm receipt of your message.

Hello,

It is no secret that FM wants their users to switch to the NEW interface.

And FM has slowly deteriorated the classic interface to build up their NEW interface.

FM may NOT state this fact directly, but IF you read between the lines this has been strongly implied by the FM staff years ago

I left FM over a year ago because I saw the writing on the wall.

IF any FM user still uses the Classic interface I strongly encourage you to leave FM IF you don't like their new interface .

It is also a real shame that FM has destroyed other email providers with their new interface.

Good Luck,

David

Hello,

I highly doubt FM will give you a straight answer......

My suggestion would be to make sure your e-mail is backed up with a secondary provider.

Good luck,

David

Now I have the answer: yes, it has dissapeared, very sad

Some other email services offer 2FA with a mobile version without javascript (hushmail, riseup, etc). I was hoping FM to maintain it, now I will only be able to use it with FM app (I don't like it, I prefer opensource browsers to login without javascript in my android). And this morning the password app doesn't work.
