EuMX Login Problem
I'm getting a login error with all EuMX interfaces, telling me username and/or password is incorrect. I know it's not a password problem, since I use LastPass and it's putting in the correct password. I have tried the username both with and without "@eumx.net", but no login success.
Anyone else having trouble? |

Thanks for the responses. Yes, after being reassured that others were having no problem I did contact support a few hours ago. No response as yet.
UPDATE: EuMX support responded and was very helpful. After proving I was the owner of the account they gave me a temp password and I successfully logged in and changed it. The only remaining mystery is that during some back-and-forth emails, EuMX said my last password change was in mid-May. But according to LastPass (which I've been using for several years now to log in automatically) the password that I had been using as recently as June 7 to log in successfully to EuMX was created seven months ago! So how did a password I have been using for the last seven months suddenly stop working and why would EuMX indicate a password change where there wasn't one?
