Unable to toggle hide/show header details

Suddenly in my wife's account the 'Show details/hide details' toggle is missing from the header section of her emails. They are stuck in expanded mode and they will not contract again. That's a real nuisance on her phone as they take up all the screen

Anyone else? Any ideas? I've raised a ticket but welcome comments.

Edit: I should have said this is both on the Android app and Firefox/Win10

Settings —> Preferences —> Show details —> Always show message headers.

Using "Settings > Preferences > (Show advanced preferences at the bottom of the screen) > Reading > Always show message headers" will always show the headers. You need to uncheck that box if you want to use the "Show details" link to show/hide the extra headers.

This unrequested change in the behaviour of the mobile web interface suddenly happened to me, too, today.
I wonder why?

Grhm's post might have saved a deal of finger pointing in the Fenman household! Interesting that it should happen to someone else, too.
