Contact problem

On creating a new contact it appears in my contact list but does not when I go to compose type in the contact name - here I expect the email address but it does not
Can you help

That happened to me a while ago. Log out of gmail, log back in and try again to compose an email to the contact you created. It's not very convenient, but it should this way!
