I currently can't get emails sent from Runbox through to @yahoo.co.uk addresses.

Same problem..
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: SMTP error from remote mail server after MAIL host mx-biz.mail.am0.yahoodns.net [98.139.171.245]: 421 4.7.0 [TSS04] Messages from 91.220.196.211 temporarily deferred due to user complaints - 4.16.55.1; see https://help.yahoo.com/kb/postmaster/SLN3434.html: retry timeout exceeded |

A similar yahoo-related issue here.
E-mails I sent two days ago from Runbox to a friend's yahoo.co.uk account were reportedly not received. So, sceptically, I sent a test e-mail to a yahoo account of my own and nothing appeared there. Not even a failure response back yet either. It just disappeared into the ether. E-mails from Runbox to other places are working fine for me. |

We are aware of some problems caused by the way Yahoo are handling emails from some Runbox customers. We have put measures in place that are helping with this, but it appears to be quite account specific.
If you are having problems please contact Runbox support so we can look at your specific case. https://support.runbox.com Last edited by dbowdley : 21 Dec 2016 at 07:31 PM. Reason: Clarity |
