No POP3 / Maintenence
Although I've been able to log in sporadically through runbox.com's site to catch some email, I couldn't delete any mail early this morning. I was able to read the mail though.
Also, POP3 has been down for at least 8 hours in the US now. Of course I can't check mail via the website because the server is once again down for maintenence Any clue when POP3 will be working again? --Brenda |

Runbox.com availability
They would appear to be back up via their web interfaces (fast.runbox.com and www.runbox.com), AND pop3 (at the moment). Some have said that pop3 has been intermittant, although this is the first time I've gotten pop3 since yesterday AM (US). We'll have to see.
In their favor, I've been with Runbox since LONG before paid subscriptions and am a paid subscriber now. I've seen significant outages before, but not often . With a staff of 5, I think they're doing GREAT! (overall). Yeah, it's been a critical inconvenience for me since I'm unemployed and use e-mail for 90% of my correspondence in my job search. I just hope inbound mail wasn't bouncing, but just queuing (sp?). Michael Schneider Network/Security Engineer Arlington Heights, IL (USA) grimkirk@runbox.com |
