Oh, good, it's not just me. (I post here so rarely, I couldn't remember my user name!)

I've been unable to access my fastmail from the web page for about 10 minutes now. It's 10:50pm U.S. Pacific time. Any explanations out there?

No red X in FastCheck, and the Status Blog says nothing.

Nope, it ain't me, babe. I got out, disconnected, re-connected, and there was and still is nothing wrong with my connection. I can hit all other web pages. Control Refresh does nothing. It's now 11:15pm pacific time and I'm going to sleep, hoping to be able to access my email from the web tomorrow morning.

Still down

As of this posting, FM is still unavailable form multiple locations in Hong Kong. I get the same server outage screen.

Please would a member of FM's staff update this thread or status blog to report current status and expected downtime.

Web access seems to have been down for approaching an hour, from here in the UK, but the IMAP server appears to be up.

No comment from FM staff though?

Edited to add - it seems to have come back up again at about 07:42 GMT.

Confirmed

the beta service is working..... but my bandwidth now reads 800MB (200MB + 600MB extra) instead of the 900MB !!!! maybe this error only appears on the beta server
