Printable invoices currently broken

When I download a printable invoice, I get an invalid PDF.

Anyone else getting this?

Acrobat Reader DC gives me "An error exists on this page. Acrobat may not display the page correctly."

Microsoft Word can open them, but the contents are garbled.

Presumably these PDFs are generated on the fly, since freshly downloading older invoices (which I have previously-saved and still-working local copies of) also gives me unreadable files.

It might be worth trying a different browser. I have seen issues like this is the past where the problem was created by browser bugs or corrupted settings.

Thanks for the tip - gave it a try in another browser but the same error persists for me.

When I download an invoice:
  1. I can open it with Chrome and it looks basically OK.
  2. I can open it with Microsoft Edge, and it looks basically OK.
  3. I can open it with PDF Element, and it looks basically OK.
  4. I get a similar error to what you are seeing when opening it with Adobe Acrobat. There is obviously something in the file that Adobe does not like.

You may want to raise a support ticket.

I stopped using Adobe Acrobat Reader long ago and changed to Nitro Reader (free version)
Works flawlessly for me

Thanks Tim.

Was about to raise a ticket but having just re-downloaded the invoices - it's already been fixed. Seems like the font has changed. Not sure what threw off Adobe Acrobat.
