We're having trouble with one of our storage units, which has caused the entire system to hang. We're working on it and expect operations to resume within minutes.

Apparently web was the only service not responding for all users. It is now running normally again.
One of our backend servers had stopped and was restarted; we're investigating the cause now. - Geir |

The root cause appears to have been a temporary communication failure between the application server and its storage unit. The link between the two was automatically disconnected, most likely due to a fluke in the fiber card firmware.
We're investigating further to prevent the error from occurring again, if possible. - Geir |
