Haven't tried IMAP but I can log into Roundcube and Horde. Roundcube is sending and receiving OK.

Can log in to all interfaces but no email arriving!
Have written to support. They are normally quite prompt. |

Just logged in to my gift account - it didn't open straight to mail like I set it up to do, it was the Horde startup application.
And my e-mails were in descending order. And mails I just deleted didn't go straight to Trash. |

All seems back to normal for my EuMX accounts.
I wish that, whether normal maintenance or whatever, EuMX support could let us know. Checked out their Twitter - no posts for 2 years, and with the EuMX website news/forum also not available, it does leave us users somewhat in limbo. Thank goodness for EMD. |

EUMX have written to say there's nothing wrong and noone else had these problems!! Everything is working now and I've replied with more specifics.
As a safety measure I've pointed my main domain elsewhere. Bit worrying this! |

As of this morning (east coast US time) everything I reported wrong (post #9 above) was back to normal for me. So there was an 'issue' to be resolved, and, for me, it has been. Odd that EuMX didn't notice anything.

So does anyone know, if and when, they might get a working web site where new sign ups might be possible?
Googling their name comes up with a page to sign into your account. Has anyone heard anything from support regarding new sign ups? I'm starting to worry a little bit about these guys. And now this latest issue being discussed in this thread. Maybe Fabule could shed some light on this........ |
