NEW STYLESHEET & Electric Sun Update
Hey, I've just finished a new stylesheet called "FM Dolphin". It's been tested on Opera 7.23 and Netscape 7.1 but was designed for IE6 so looks best on that. Feel free to try it out and please post any comments and suggestions.
Sanjay's tester doesn't display "FM Dolphin" as it actually appears in FastMail. So i've made a screenshot of what the inbox actually looks like here. - View FM Dolphin on Sanjay's tester here. - Download the zip file with all its images here. I have also updated Electric Sun to version 2.0. There are no major changes, it has just been cleaned up and finalised. - View Electric Sun 2.0 on Sanjay's tester here. - Download the zip file with all its images here. It would be cool if these could be added to the official list, tell me if you agree. sj |

Your Dophin one is appropriately named with the sea blues and everything. I could do without the brilliant yellow, though.
Nice job on Electric Sun. I'd enjoy a CSS that you could design around this sheet while incorporating a blue color scheme. |

I think it looks really cool and see nothing wrong with the bright yellow myself! Susan.

I'm glad you did one with the FM logo. I had that idea too! Yours came out so great. I'll add this to the gallery asap!

VERY nice, s_j! Great work!
I have one request for Electric Sun. When it is added to the list, it would be great if 2 versions were available: the original for the big monitors and one for smaller monitors (smaller margins). Last edited by DBH : 1 Mar 2004 at 12:01 PM. |

In fact, if you want to make the two versions even more different, the version for smaller monitor (no white border) can use smaller fonts and text sizes, then you can call it "Slim Electric Sun" (see SlimStream vs. SlipStream for the difference in sizes). Just a suggestion... Great work on all the new stylesheets! |

You can always take the 5 seconds and edit the margins yourself.

I too think that this is a ripper style!
Gotta have it added to the Fastmail stockpile and maybe even use it as the default style! The Electric Sun is a must also! That's my 2c worth. |

Jungleman,
No matter how nice it is, it's never going to make it to the Default. One of FM's selling points is that it's interface doesn't use graphics. Graphics Bad, Tables Good. So that's a No-no. If people WANT graphics, they can have 'em, but by default they're off. --k |
