remove muliple email <from> addresses

Hi, I have had a search throught he forum, but cannot find an answer - is there an easy way to remove multiple from address in webmail? I seem to have 4 email options, which are all the same and I just want the one

Thanks,

p.s. does anyone know of a 'hack' (using greasemonkey for example) that puts a button onto the webmail to send emails to an archive? (similar to gmail) - this isn't really essential, as you can move message fairly quickly - just wondered if it was possible?

Cheers,

Michael

The from addresses are specified by folder preferences. To remove an email from the list, check your various folders and delete any from address duplicates (remember to save each folder preference after you've finished).
